Nice little session!

I definitely played one of the better hus matches of my life today. I started off down almost 4 buy ins after getting in all 3 times with the best hand. However I kept my composer and ended up coming back and being up 3 buy ins. This is not a easy thing to do after having 3 huge hands cracked but I can definitely tell that my experience really payed off in this match. The donk went from asking me to play more tables to sitting me out. This win feels really good and hopefully I can build off it.

Just missed MSPC, but booked online winner!

Yesterday I played a satellite for the Minnesota State Poker Championship and I got down to the end and shoved with 99 thinking a good player could fold 1010 to ak range as it was a satellite, however I was wrong and I was called by Aq and no waiting Q of flop and I was done. However I did book a nice online winner even after being sucked out on in 2 big pots. I think I played this hand I posted very well. My whole plan of my 22 bet on the river was to get him to shove. I figured he has the ace high flush draw only about 2 out of 10 times here and a missed no pair flush draw about 8 out of ten so I I wanted to induce the bluff. For once my read was absolute perfect and he had king high and I stack him.
I must give a shot to Dusty 2hip Nelson as he made of the sickest call I have ever seen in a 3060 limit game. I also think there is a 5050 chance that it actually was the first time I have ever seen a bluff call. Dusty had kq on 9j5 where he raised pre flop and had 1 caller, he bet the flop and was called and bet the turn when it came a 6 and then the river came an ace and the player lead into the pot and dusty pondered and called with kq. Yeah he could have easily had 810 or q10 in this situation but it was still a great call. Well played sir.

Aces never lose!

Yesterday I booked 2 winners at cpark. Tuesday's promotion of Aces never lose really brings in the donks. I booked a 1,000 winner in 2 hours in the afternoon and a 500 winner in a four hour session last night. I must say its nice to finally be winning consistently online and live, as I have been crushing online and now to book 5 winners in a row live is great. I believe they are running a satalite tonight for the 1500 event this Sunday. Im thinking I will play live today and maybe jump in the satelite tonight if the live session goes well. 3 days to opening softball tourney. WEEE!

12 mintues sesh done!

Ship 660 in 12 minutes. My sick hourly rate has continued as I stacked a guy 3 times in 12 minutes. Im going to try and get a live game at the club if a seat ever opens up before I fall asleep. My softball team Detox will be having our opening day this Saturday as it is our first tournament of the summer. We have looked great in practice so I can only imagine our hardwork will pay off this weekend.

Todays hourly rate is about as good as it gets. It only took 4 hands to get my quota today as the donk stacked off with j8 vs my a2 on a aa89 board when he min raised me twice on the turn to get all in. TY for the dough donk. Time to do some fantasy baseball moves and maybe head to the club for some live action. Also a little shot out to my boy GASSITT who is in the 25k buy in event at the bellagio and has almost 100k in chips starting day 2. 8 million dollar prize pool is not too shabby. GL SIR!

Home for Easter!

Happy Easter everyone! I have been back home for Easter and it has been a great time. I have got fitted for my Gansta ass Tuxes and got Kelli and my engagement pictures taken. We have also had some great family time with a little Johny Holmes and black jack action last night and some Church and Easter dinner action today. I did have time for one session tonight that lasted about 35 minutes as I stacked a donk and shipped a quota. The donk had 108 in that hand.

Fast and Furious and CPark WIN!

Tonight I checked out The Fast and Furious part 2 with a couple friends. It was actually pretty good. The action scenes were real sweet and I would recommend checking it out.
I then headed to the club and finally booked back to back winners at the park! My limit game definitely needed a little fine tuning, however they just play so badly that if you can run even close to normal you can make a grip. I shipped just under 2 racks tonight in less than 2 hours. I probably should have stayed because the game was so good but it was a little to crazy and short handed which meant big swings and I just wasn't interested in that.

I think I played one of my better limit holdem sessions today. I got top set cracked by a 2 outer after putting 3 bets in on the flop and 3 bets in on the turn. So to still win 350 after that I figure I must have played pretty dam good. Either way I will take the win after losing the biggest pot I was involved in.
The twins finally open up the season this Monday with a 4 game home series with Seattle. Baker is a little banged up so Liriano will get the Nod opening day.

Fantasy Baseball draft and quick sesh

Tonight was my big fantasy baseball draft so I went over to my boy Jordan's to eat some ZA and discuss our draft strategy's. I also had some help from my boy J-bird via msn messenger or my phone a friend life line as Jordan called him. Either way I think with there help I managed to build a pretty sick team. My big 3 picks are Jose Reyes, Dustin Pedroia, and Manny Ramirez. So as long as they have a good year I should have a good shot at the end to win it.

I then fired up a little sesh and stacked a donk in 20 hands and called it a night.

Ship a $650 winner at Cpark last night. Finally run normal and beat that stupid game. Didn't think it was possible to get AA to win in limit or book a winner. Somehow I pulled it off tonight. Anyways softball season is rolling around so poker will be on the back burner but I will try to post as much as I have time for.
