Ship Ship!

Long day at the office and I ended up 200 during aces never lose. I doubled that online in less than 10 minutes hu which made for a nice day up 600. I will be checking out my boy Zane tomorrow in the metrodome as Concordia has a double header vs St. Johns. So I will take the afternoon off for some baseball and then probably hit the club for a pm sesh.

Nice start to the week!

Today went perfect perfect as I started the day online with a little HU session that lasted 25 minutes before I was up just over a dime. I then headed over to the club for a little limit session and quickly was up 600 and since I was 3rd on the list for the 3060 game I decided I would just head home and call it a day. New episode of 24 is on tonight and then I will prolly head the gym. Aces never lose is tomorrow so I will need to be up at a decent time in order to get a game so I should get to bed at a decent time tonight.

Little Poker break!

Poker has taken a backseat in my life the last couple of weeks. I have recently been getting on a regular workout schedule and been playing basketball 2-3 times a week as well. I have also had softball manager work that has needed to get done, website updates, league fees and roster due, new apparel ordered ect. It has aslo just been nice to be away from tables for a while as the last 3 months I have played so many hands I got a little burnt out. I will be adding some live sessions at the club starting this Sunday so I can mix up online and live play to avoid getting burnt out of starring at the computer. Not to mention geting actual chips and getting paid in cash after the session is the NUTS.

The HEAT is on!

Operation run good in 09 is going better than I could have ever imagined. I managed to crush another donk today for 1500 in less than 30 minutes. Donks seemed to be just giving it away lately and when you can get the best hand to hold up you can make some quick cash. It helps when you play good but that also is a lot easier when your running good. The Doyles Room merger onto cake has seemed to be great for the games as well. The games were good before the merger but now they seem to be just rediculous.

Bachelor Party last night and bball this morning!

Another one of friends is a officially off the market as my boy Adam had his bachelor party last night. It was a blast however I don't remember much. I have no idea how but Jordan showed up on my doorstep this morning to go hoop. I had to be still drunk for the first couple of games.
Anyways I then watched Kobe vs Lebron and I believe Kobe locked up the MVP and a W in the game. His fade away over Lebron pretty much locked up my vote. I then fired up a heads up session and stacked a guy in like 30 hands. $400 a day keeps the unemployment line away.

Feels so good to throw a softball again!

Well the last 2 seshes have been a little rocky. I jumped around in some 510 and 36 and ran as good as a 3 legged dog. I had the standard hands where I make it 120 with kk and get called by j3 and I flop top set and lose for a 2600 pot. I knew this was coming as you can only run so good for so long. However I have managed to grind most of it back and im actually only stuck like 800 after some very brutal beats so I am far from complaining.
Jordan finally received his "Majestic" custom glove from Mizuno so we went to lifetime tonight and played some catch on the basketball court. Wow it felt so good to throw a ball again I can't even explain. Probably because I am a softball junky but the sound of a glove popping is like the sound a swish on a 3 pointer, music to my ears. Needless to say I am counting the days to get back on the diamonds.

Another day at the office!

Yesterdays session was pretty wild, I found one of the craziest players I have ever seen. I got all in with KK vs 33 on the flop and obviously he rivers a 3 for a huge pot. I battled back and ended up getting him to stack off with bottom pair for a $1800 pot. So the streak continues as I ended up 1400 on the day.

$1500 on PM session!

Wow pm session after bball was a straight up crush fest. I had basketball league tonight and we remained undefeated as we won by 20 in a heated game with 2 ejections. We then did the usual BW3s for some half price wings and then it was home for a sesh. I absolutely crushed this donk for $1500 hu in less than a hour. This put me up 2k on the day and was just what I needed because I am heading to Omaha next week for the WSOP curcuit event with my boy Pat from Mankato.

Minus my sick super bowl bet loss I am still running sick good. Pretty unlucky to lose a bet by the longest play ever in a super bowl, and for it to happen with 0 seconds left on the clock is brutal. Oh well I am cleaning house HU in poker. I picked up 1500 last night before bed and another nickel today in about 25 minutes. Bball league tonight then prolly another sesh.
