Yesterday there was no time for pokes as my dad flew in from Las Vegas, NV for super bowl weekend. He also was joining my boy Jordan and I for the Lakers vs Twolves game at the Target Center last night. It was a good game for the first half and then the lakers just took over the second half and controlled a double digit lead the rest of the game. However it is always entertaining to watch Kobe, he is just amazing. The wolves just dont have the talent quite yet to hang with Lakers. The wolves do however have the best NBA record in 09 at 12-3.
I will be making my first appearance at Porterhouse Steakhouse in Lakeville tonight as I am taking my fiance Kelli and my dad out for a nice steak dinner. There will be no poker the rest of weekend because we got dinner reservations tonight and basketball tomorrow morning and then the Super Bowl tomorrow night. It will be nice to have some family and friends time and a little break from poker after this great run will be nice.
